My time at Chase
As part of a future-focused design challenge, I explored how AI could support customer self-agency through guidance and intuitive experiences. The project combined research, rapid prototyping, and concept validation to investigate new opportunities for Chase.

Challenge
Constant learning throughout my time...
One of the primary challenges was designing for a complex and rapidly evolving problem space while balancing ambitious ideas with practical user needs. Rather than improving an existing feature, we were encouraged to think broadly about how emerging technologies could shape the future of scam prevention.
To explore this opportunity, I conducted user testing, synthesized feedback from customers and specialists, and rapidly iterated on concepts based on research findings. Through multiple rounds of refinement, I explored how AI could help.
